Application Support Specialist in SAP Retail (m/f/d)

In a 10-person team, you will take care of SAP support for the sales processes of independent EDEKA purchasers who offer our end users, for example the possibility of ''Click & Collect' purchases, the sale of gift baskets or the granting of market discounts. You will focus on the interaction of SAP Retail-based goods management systems and our software solutions for commissioning in the market - for example on handheld devices for mobile data acquisition (MDE). You advise and support our regional companies comprehensively on all questions about our sales applications. If disturbances occur, analyze, evaluate and process these independently via our ticket system - if necessary in direct exchange with market managers. So make sure our sales processes run smoothly. You take up new requirements from the specialist areas, evaluate them and describe them professionally precisely. This is done in close cooperation with product development and the focus groups sales and discount. You are documenting requirements, starting test cases and keeping our processes up to date to ensure the continuous development of our systems.

You have successfully completed an education or a study with IT reference or have an equivalent qualification, e.g. from your professional experience in individual and/or Wholesale and corresponding additional qualification. You have well-founded knowledge of SAP Retail (in particular in the SAP MM / SAP SD modules) on SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA and are safe to handle sales-specific transactions; Experiences in debugging are beneficial. You have already gained experience in prioritizing and editing tickets (e.g. SolMan or Assyst). A cooperative self-understanding is of course for you – you like to work in the team, share your knowledge and actively contribute. The interregional cooperation with various stakeholders is in your blood, and you bring a good understanding of the way in which you work. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
