Responsive and proactive support as well as technical advice from customers at all stages of product management – as a technical team member in the pre- and after-sales service Identification and structured analysis of current and future customer requirements Self-learning, implementation and management of diverse projects on innovation / product development Contact person for product developments in the areas of sales, purchasing and production Processing of customer complaints if necessary with the customer on site Maintenance and documentation of data and results in the ERP system proAlpha

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. business engineer or packaging technology) You go to people, are decision-making and possess enforcement You want to move with your work and are open to international travel activities for technical customer support Structured, targeted and responsible operation You appreciate design freedom, are open to new ideas and can develop creative solutions Very good English and German language skills as well as good MS-Office knowledge
