Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You control day-to-day operations across all operational areas and are responsible for the continuous optimization of operations. The leadership and continuous further development of employees is your responsibility as well as the active anchoring of an efficient, value-adding work culture. You are responsible for demanding personnel and resource planning, including efficient personnel deployment planning. Compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs as well as the consistent implementation of Lean/KVP measures for process improvement are also your tasks. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards at the site. You take care of the customer, including the associated communication. The clarification of conflicts as well as professional escalation of topics between different operational areas or in the context of specific customer requirements round off your task area.

You have a successfully completed business studies with the focus on logistics or a comparable qualification. You have leadership experience in a comparable position in contract logistics. A good understanding of numbers and an analytical method also belong to your characteristics. You bring knowledge of logistical processes. You have experience in managing volatile business with strong peaks, e.g. in the e-commerce or B2C range. You have practice in dealing with work contracts and ANÜ. Good knowledge of English in word and writing are of course for you. You act as a link between our customers, executives and employees. You bring an operating mode of operation as well as self-motivation and commitment. Enforcement and leadership skills with clarity and empathy complete your profile.
