Professional leadership of the team of 24 employees in electroplating/surface technology Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, environmental and safety standards Planning and optimization of processes in galvanic coating and surface treatment Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, maintenance and development as well as elimination of disruptions during operation Implementation and further development of lean management approaches in the field Training and further development of employees in the team They support the conversion of the currently manual processes to partial and/or Fully automated processes

Complete technical training with further training to the technician/master in the field of electroplating, surface technology, chemical engineering, etc. Multiannual professional experience in galvanic surface treatment A desirable leadership experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g. medical technology, automotive) Funded know-how in galvanic processes, process optimization and quality management as well as work safety requirements Embossed hands-on mentality, organizational strength and communication skills
