Responsibility for planning and timing for the work pacts (time, quality and budget) and coordination of work packages in different interface areas of the project in consultation with the project manager Responsibility for tracking milestones and work packages in the project Preparation of milestone reviews Planning and implementation of individual work packages and the execution of orders in the predefined cost and time frame for development projects under the responsibility of the project manager Maintenance of project data into the VINC systems (e.g. SAP, capacity planning tool, etc.) and preparation of reportings Input and update of the lfd. project controlling Ensure that the data in the project management tool are available for the sizes to be responsible Risk management for the project to be responsible and monitoring coordinated mitigation measures Ensuring compliance with PMO requirements regarding project processing and company-internal processes Lfd. Coordination with supporting roles in the project such as configuration management, risk managers, design-to-cost, etc. Preparation of milestones and audits and accompany these dates

Closed university studies Economic engineering and/or corresponding professional experience Training in project standards according to IPMA/GPM/Scrum/PRINCE2 desirable at best one to three years of professional experience in comparable activity PMO experience or first project management experience Knowledge of plant construction or mechatronics development Very good knowledge of German and English IT knowledge: SAP, MS-Project, Office, MS Project, JIRA
