Area Manager - Intensive Care Service NRW / Rhineland-Palatinate / Hesse (m/f/d)

Strategic and operational responsibility for the development and control of your care area Leadership, motivation and further development of care services and teams on site Ensuring and monitoring compliance with statutory requirements (SGB V/XI, Quality Guidelines) Planning and coordination of new services in cooperation with relatives, clinics and cost-beneficiaries Network management and development of cooperations with clinics, social services, doctors and other health care partners Economic management of the area in cooperation with the management Implementation of corporate goals and participation in the further development of internal processes Company representation at special events, trade fairs and network meetings

Complete training in health care and nursing, ideally with additional qualification (e.g. care management, case management, care specialist for extraclinical ventilation) Multiannual professional experience in extraclinical intensive care, ideally in senior position Business understanding and leadership experience Communication strength, empathy and high social competence in dealing with relatives, employees and cooperation partners Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Class B driving licence and high readiness to travel within the region Safe handling of digital tools (MS Office, care documentation systems)
