You run the compliance team professionally and develop it further - with respect to resources, coaching and know-how building You are responsible for the design and implementation of our compliance strategy according to MaRisk, KWG and other regulatory requirements You promote the further development of our governance structures and digital control processes You monitor the annual compliance risk assessment, ensure the quality and take action You evaluate new legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate their implementation with the departments You are the first reports for management and supervisory bodies and are central interface to internal and external stakeholders

You bring experience in both professional and disciplinary leadership of employees You bring multi-year professional experience in the compliance environment, ideally in a regulated industry - such as bank, financial service provider or audit; Leadership experience is a plus You know the regulatory requirements (MaRisk, KWG, GwG, WpHG etc.) and have experience in their practical implementation You have already designed and implemented control systems and governance structures You have a degree in law, economics or a comparable qualification with regulatory reference You communicate clearly and are confident about internal and external stakeholders You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
