Coordination and planning of projects: You are responsible for the coordination and planning of projects from order allocation to acceptance and records all activities in the ERP system. Organisation and management of the projects/meetings: You organize and guide projects and meetings, coordinate cross-departmental activities and monitor appointments, costs and quality. Customer support and central contact: You enter our customers from order assignment to project completion and are their main contact person in all project phases. Coordination and planning of projects: You are responsible for the coordination and planning of new-machine, remodeling and smaller projects from order allocation to acceptance and capture all activities in the ERP. Subsequent and updating of the order confirmations: You'll start submissions for projects, update order confirmations and ensure correctness and completeness of all documents.

Technical qualification: You have a successfully completed training as a technician or a successful completed study in mechanical engineering/economy engineering or a similar field of expertise. Experience in project management and project management: You have already gained several years of experience in managing and managing projects.
