• You support the production and further processing in the field of vulcanization.
• You carry out individual steps carefully according to your specifications and pay attention to consistent quality.
• Materials, raw parts and work equipment are ready for the next production step.
• During the ongoing process, you will keep a close look at workflows and report incidents directly.
• Cleanliness, order and responsible handling of the work areas are yours.
• In Lauenhagen you work in a clearly structured environment with direct reference to production.

We are looking for

A reliable production aider (m/w/d) who likes to work practically and quickly finds himself in simple production processes is sought. Previous knowledge is helpful, but no need if you are careful and like to pack.

• First experience in production, production or as a helper is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
• You work attentively, reliably and keep you clear workflows.
• Ready for shift work should be available.
• Working time in the shift system.
• Layer models: use in layer operation as required.
• A good eye for quality and a clean working style will help you in this role.
• Teamability, loadability and a practical operation fit well to this position.
• The entry is also suitable for applicants with professional experience who are looking for a solid production job.
