With your know-how, you can ensure a correct bookkeeping, support your accounts and work closely with internal and external partners. What you do with us:

You create and send out initial invoices and monitor payment receipts. You'll check, keep and book invoicing as well as ongoing business incidents. You take care of financial accounting and manage our bank accounts and cash registers. You support the execution of payment transactions and the voting of accounts. The system accounting and thus the correct presentation of our assets is also part of this. The distinction between buying, rent and leasing is obvious to you. You participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You work closely with tax advisors in Germany and the Netherlands. You're puggling master data and helping to optimize accounting processes. You are a contact person for internal departments in accounting questions.

You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a tax specialist or a comparable qualification), ideally focusing on accounting and accounting. You have first to several years of professional experience in accounting or accounting. You have a safe handling of MS Excel; Experience with accounting and ERP systems is advantageous. You have good knowledge of German trade and tax law (HGB's final knowledge is a must, IFRS would be desirable for our future). A structured, careful and independent way of working distinguishes you.
