Description This is your new task As Head of Sales Internal Services (d/w/m), you actively shape the sales strategy and lead your team to sustainable success. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Team leadership: Coordinate, motivate and continuously develop your team and support staff decisions Sales Control: Optimize internal service processes, initiate active customer responses and set sales actions Customer Management: Ensure the day-to-day care of all customers:internal information and agreements in the CRM and promote the efficient cooperation between indoor and outdoor services Performance and Budget Control: Monitoring KPIs and Budgets and conducting countermeasures in the event of discrepancies Site Responsibility: Replace regulatory requirements, ensure safety and quality standards, coordinate local infrastructure and ensure compliance with local and home rules

Qualifications That's what you bring Technical or commercial training with business training or studies with 6-8 years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B sector At least 3-5 years of leadership experience and strong team skills High sales affinity and good technical understanding Embossed communication and enforcement capabilities as well as solution and result orientation Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems and very good German skills (min. C1)
