Conception, construction and establishment of the Supplier Development department Development and standardisation of processes for the joint development of high-quality products with suppliers while optimising costs and development times Implementation of Q-Gates in the procurement process (Feasibility, Capacity, Quality) Further development of the supplier audit strategy Support for product and process release Further development of supplier performance reporting regular exchange with internal stakeholders

successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or technical training with additional economic qualification, ideally with a focus on quality management or a comparable subject area Multiannual professional experience in QS/QA in the purchase or production of a manufacturing company in the electronics or mechanical engineering industry Experience in the analysis and development of established processes and key figures well-founded knowledge of common methods of supplier performance management (e.g. 8D, PPAP, APQP, fault analysis) Experience in the implementation and preparation of supplier audits safe handling of Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems strong numerical affinity and interest to identify quality problems at an early stage using agentic AI multiannual relevant leadership experience proactive, structured and independent working with a high level of team capability readiness to travel about 10–20 %, also in the international environment very good German knowledge (at least C2 level) as well as very good English knowledge (at least C1 level) in word and writing
