You are currently responsible for an exceptional customer experience and efficient processes in your bookshop You create a positive and sustainable working environment, in which dual links between the management and the employees ensure that the team feels comfortable and can develop its entire potential You are targeted by tax-in coordination with the HeadSortimente andKPI-paying bookshop and are convinced by theOmnichannel approach You make a bookshop for all generations and awaken the enthusiasm for books and stories with events and actions You support the management in the extraction, promotion and development of talents that contribute to the success of our bookshops

You have professional experience in trade and leadership and keep the overview even in hectic times With a high level of enthusiasm, you are constantly increasing customer satisfaction together with the team You think and trade entrepreneurship, are agile, performance-oriented and pay-affin You organize your work effectively and proactively and foresightly You are open to innovations and changes and are actively driving them with us You communicate recipient-oriented, open and value-awarding with your team and customers
