Together we ensure that our sales and service teams are optimally prepared for new products, processes and market requirements. Whether onboarding, digital learning formats or GTM projects – you actively shape the enablement cosmos. The focus can develop – the focus is on project management & training concept. What awaits you Improving Sales & Service Onboarding: You restructure our training landscape and help new colleagues get into the organization quickly. Develop e-learning: You design digital learning formats and create scalable knowledge. Project management: You control cross-departmental enablement initiatives – from idea to rollout. Go-to-Market support: You accompany the introduction of new products and make sure that our sales teams are fit for the market. Interface work: You work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership and Commercial Solutions – as a link between Strategy & Implementation.

What you should bring A completed study – for example in business, communication, psychology, pedagogy or comparable.

At least 3 years of experience in project management, sales enablement or L&D – ideally in the digital or SaaS environment.

Experience with e-learning concepts (e.g. Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Docebo, etc.).

You are strong in communication, structured and enjoy implementing projects.

You like to work cross-functional and do not lose sight of many stakeholders.

Very good knowledge of German and English.
