Determination and coordination of targets and usage programmes Project development and program definition for UMR construction measures Project-accompanying adjustments of organisational and structural targets Coordination and organisation of building decisions Developing and starting a master plan and conceptual development at the clinic and the external sites as well as creating technical opinions on variants and interim solutions incl. Development of professional contributions Considering and analyzing aspects such as urban planning, transport connections, building stock, infrastructure, monumental care, clinic operation, building law, building regulations and taxes on cross-disciplinary aspects such as infrastructural goods transport (AWT) with the involvement of the administrative interests of university medicine Determining, adapting, completing and updating the project organisation of master planning and integration of cross-departmental specialist planning Contact person for technical advice on the establishment of qualified demand determination and other requirements for a construction measure taking into account cross-project links Practical assessment for the realization of space and function requirements e.g. by means of inventory, feasibility studies or document planning as well as excessive cost estimates Implementation of VgV procedures for any construction measures Accompanying the B-Plan process

Successfully completed (special) Higher Education (Diplom, Master, Bachelor) in Architecture Multiannual experience in the planning and development of large construction measures, ideally in the hospital environment Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards (such as AHO, HOAI, VOB) Safe handling and knowledge in MS Office 365 Knowledge of SAP PM, ORCA (AVA), Nemetschek (CAD) are desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Economic thinking and the ability to work into new topics in a targeted way Teamability and communication strength Responsible action and high autonomy
