Teaching in primary school grades 1–4 or in secondary grade 5–10 also as a class teacher Language therapeutic work at school and in outpatient offers (depending on qualification) Development of support groups to develop basal skills Application in the school kindergarten, in consultation and early promotion

Preferentially completed study of special education (special education in the field of hearing/language disability education), GHS or RS teacher training High level of team capacity and openness for cooperation with internal and external school partners empathy and creativity Motivation, innovative strength and enthusiasm for daily work with children readiness for training and willingness to further develop affirmation of the Christian-diaconical mission and co-design of our diaconic work
