You lead and develop your buying team and you are responsible for strategic product group concepts that you are implementing in specific season and action plans. You analyze and control the assortment, develop the brand portfolio in a targeted manner and are responsible for the economic performance of your product groups. With selected key-account brands, you stay close to the operating business and behave trusting long-term partnerships. You are actively driving innovations in your area of responsibility, such as through more efficient processes, new ways of working or using modern systems. From the corporate strategies, you will guide clear goals, KPIs and framework conditions for your department and ensure their implementation in everyday life.

Qualification: economic or textile studies or comparable training Know-how: relevant management experience in purchasing and/or merchandise planning in the e-commerce environment as well as safe handling of MS-Office and merchandise management systems (in particular Excel) Personality and working methods: independent, structured working with high numerical affinity and pronounced analytical skills Language: German knowledge of native language as well as very good English skills
