Our start-up center is responsible for the assembly and series preparation of the next generation of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Here we work on the successful market launch of this iconic vehicle and optimize production processes from planning to series. Your tasks in detail: Project support: cooperation in current start-up projects and support of the project team in implementing measures

Board management and management: preparation, coordination and follow-up of meetings and management bodies

maturity coordination: monitoring and control of the degree of maturity of components and processes in the start-up

Construction protection: evaluation and assurance of the construction of components and vehicles in assembly

Logistics and Supplier Management: Support in the Coordination of Logistics Processes and Communication with Suppliers

Interdisciplinary cooperation: Close coordination with development, quality, logistics and other areas of expertise

Depending on the degree and personal interests, specific tasks and priorities are possible and planned to optimally use your individual strengths. The activity can begin from August 2026.

Continuous studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree programme

Interest in production processes and the automotive industry

Analytical thinking and structured working

Teamability and pronounced communication strength

Self-initiative and high level of learning

Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good knowledge of German and English
