Employee (m/w/d) in customer service/internal sales

With your friendly and competent way, you will advise our end customers and retailers by phone, email and chat. If a customer has any questions about our rehabilitation or e-bike products, you will also help him here. You delight our customers with your fast and precise order processing. You are ready for a new challenge to always help your customers and inspire them. With our field service you work closely together and give help from the internal service. The place is planned in parttime with 50% (20 hours per week) and distributed as follows: Wednesday 4 hours, Thursday and Friday 8 hours each.

You bring a completed commercial training and, ideally, you have already gained experience in customer support. As a professional beginner, you are welcome. With you, customer orientation is at first place and it is fun to support customers, to advise them and to take responsibility for them. You have a great interest in sales and are happy to bring you into sales topics with your own working method. You are digitally affin and know yourself with MS Office and ideally an ERP or CRM system.
