Our client is a powerful municipal service company in Thuringia. With around 200 employees, it provides central tasks for urban communities, including in the fields of wastewater infrastructure, road maintenance, disposal, urban image care and green space management.

In the course of a post-occupation, our client is looking for a dedicated and powerful personality as a technical lead (m/w/d). Cross-departmental leadership, coordination and strategic development of the various technical areas Ensuring efficient organisation and economic operation of technical departments Cooperation with political bodies, external partners and citizens Investment planning, cost control and resource use Development and implementation of innovative, sustainable and sustainable concepts for improving urban infrastructure

Completed technical university studies (diploma or master) preferably the field of civil engineering (deep building), environmental protection, environmental engineering, water management, wastewater disposal or urban planning Multiannual technical management experience, preferably in the public or municipal sector Strategic thinking, organisational strength and sense of responsibility Leadership competence, communication strength and decision-making
