Event & Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

As an expert (m/w/d), you are responsible for the further development, organisational coordination and optimization of our events and campaigns. In detail, this includes the following tasks: You design and implement events, events and campaigns for a wide range of target groups and formats, from the educational event to the cultural/sports event, from the seminar to the VIP reception You take over the invitation and participation management including the creation and care of the respective distributors and are the first contact person You control the cooperation with event/communication agencies and other service providers You maintain the different formats and participants on site as digital You ensure budget and success control via feedback, evaluation and documentation You support the accompanying public and press work

You have a successfully completed training to/from the event businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable professional qualification, ideally linked to a completed relevant study You have several years of professional experience in the execution of high-quality events and support of campaigns You master the German language excellently and the English language fluent in word and writing You are a self-confident personality with pronounced organizational and communication strength as well as safe, winning appearance You convince with a structured working style, are quality-oriented, careful and resilient For you it is natural to be present at different venues and times You are interested in shaping the energy transition in Berlin and are enthusiastic about sport and culture
