Excavator Operator

Under the umbrella of BAUER Resources GmbH  several divisions and subsidiaries act as service providers in the fields of drilling services and well construction, environmental engineering, plant clearing, mining and refurbishment.

This awaits you in your new role:

• operating chain and wheel excavators of at least 30 tons on various refurbishment sites mainly in Germany; according to order also Austria/Switzerland possible
• Excavation, termination and filling
• Selection and use of the correct attachments for excavators (including hydraulic hammer, gripper, swivel spoon etc.)
• Close cooperation with foreworkers, construction managers and superstructure managers as well as reporting to them
• Regular maintenance and control of construction machinery to ensure smooth operations and report to supervisors in case of downtime
• Compliance, participation and implementation of BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

To convince us:

• First professional experience as excavator, multi-year professional experience of advantage but no need
• Professional experience with other construction machines, e.g. wheel loaders, caterpillars, compacting devices of advantage
• Completed training to the construction equipment operator or valid construction equipment or Advantages of device tickets
• Willingness to Germany-wide construction site activity, possibly also Austria and Switzerland depending on the order
• Valid driving class B
