Innovation and further development: You are analysing, designing and implementing innovative remuneration models and Benefit programs that increase our attractiveness as an employer and motivate our employees. Always looking at the latest market trends and best practices Strategic pre-trade: You identify future requirements and challenges in the field of C&B early on and develop proactive strategies and solutions to meet them Analysis and optimization: You carry out regular market comparisons, analyze our internal remuneration structures and guide specific recommendations for action Advice and communication: You are the competent contact person for executives and departments in all C&B questions and communicate complex issues in a comprehensible and convincing manner Compliance and processes: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal and collective provisions and continuously optimize our C&B processes Project Management: You take the lead or collaboration in exciting HR projects with C&B reference
