Innovation and further development: You are analysing, designing and implementing innovative remuneration models and Benefit programs that increase our attractiveness as an employer and motivate our employees. Always looking at the latest market trends and best practices Strategic pre-trade: You identify future requirements and challenges in the field of C&B early on and develop proactive strategies and solutions to meet them Analysis and optimization: You carry out regular market comparisons, analyze our internal remuneration structures and guide specific recommendations for action Advice and communication: You are the competent contact person for executives and departments in all C&B questions and communicate complex issues in a comprehensible and convincing manner Compliance and processes: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal and collective provisions and continuously optimize our C&B processes Project Management: You take the lead or collaboration in exciting HR projects with C&B reference

A successfully completed degree in economics, psychology, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a dynamic environment Strategic thinking and the ability to identify trends and translate them into concrete measures High numerical affinity, excellent analytical skills and safe handling of large amounts of data Communication strength, persuasiveness and ability to act at all hierarchy levels Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing JOBV1_EN
