Senior ERP Project Manager Microsoft F&O / SAP (m/f/d)

You take the end-to-end responsibility for major ERP projects in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment You control complex programs with multiple workstreams and large interdisciplinary teams (more than 50 employees) You are responsible for project planning, budget, resources and quality and time targets You establish sustainable governance, reporting and risk management structures and tax escalations proactively You act as a central interface between customer, IT, department and management at decision-making level You actively support pre-sales, supply processes and the development of existing customer relationships

Multiannual experience as project manager in major ERP projects (ideally from Microsoft ERP solutions) Experience in leading larger project teams and international stakeholders Safe in managing budget responsibility, project controlling and risk management You identify potentials for the use of modern technologies, in particular AI-based solutions, and make them meaningful in projects Structured, sovereign and solution-oriented operation 25-50% (also internationally possible) German required at native language level, very good English skills
