Your tasks
In close cooperation with the leadership team, you develop the Culligan Business System along three central pillars: Planning – Process – People. Your tasks include:
Strategy implementation: Supporting BU leadership teams to implement transformative changes in line with long-term strategic planning Creating detailed action plans to implement the transformation processes Creation of KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness of improvements Daily management processes: Building an integrated management system for continuous improvement Introduction of visual, customer-oriented tools for internal performance measurement Kaizen Process: Building a continuous improvement process based on Kaizen roadmaps Implementation of improvement workshops (Kaizens) with Lean/Six Sigma methods Competence building for managers and employees by means of method placement Change Management & Corporate Culture: Support in the extraction and development of powerful employees Promoting cross-functional thinking and building a responsible, continuously learning corporate culture
University degree in technical or economic fields, MBA of advantage 5-10 years of experience in “Lean/CI environments”, preferably in international consumer goods companies (additional consulting experience of advantage) Deep understanding of lean systems (e.g. Toyota Production System) Recognised competence as coach:in in Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt Certificate desirable) Found experience with Kaizen, Daily Management, Logistics, customer service-oriented and sales-related processes Embossed leadership qualities, communication strength and customer orientation High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving and implementation skills German and English knowledge in word and writing
