HR Systems Specialist – ADP Suite (m/f/d)

System support: You maintain and manage the ADP modules Paisy, Travel, Archive and Report and ensure their stable operation. You are central contact persons for the HR department in technical matters, take up requirements and support the solution finding. Coordination with the service provider: You coordinate technical requirements, fault analyses, system changes and troubleshooting closely with the service provider. The implementation will accompany you in consultation with the HR department. Interfaces & networked systems: You maintain and monitor the interfaces to adjacent systems, especially for time detection (Interflex) and the HR system (Workday). If necessary, analyse and troubleshoot errors in data exchange with the service provider. Updates & Tests: You accompany releases, perform system and interface tests and document the results. Project support: You are technically and actively supporting projects and subprojects around the ADP Suite and HR-IT, for example with introductions, migrations and test phases. Security management & data protection: You define user rights and authorization concepts and enforce them. Please make sure that sensitive personal data are protected in accordance with the GDPR. Representation: If necessary, you represent colleagues in the administration of Interflex (time registration/access) and Workday. To get to know the entire HR system landscape.

A completed, technical training as an IT system administrator, or a comparable training or training. Cross-incomeers are also welcome, for example from payroll accounting with high IT affinity. Technical understanding and fun in digital solutions around HR processes. A structured, solution-oriented and careful procedure. You think in networked system landscapes with and ahead. Ideally you know the ADP Suite and its modules PAISY, Travel, Archive and Report. You have experience in working with external service providers as well as in coordinating malfunctions, system changes, updates and releases.
