Your tasks: Strategic main partner for Carbon Neutral Buildings (CNB) and HKLS vis-à-vis divisional stakeholders (e.g. GoGreen) as well as expert advice from our construction, commercial, facility and property management teams Development and implementation of HKLS strategies, concepts and pilot projects including control of complex consulting services within the DHL divisions Monitoring relevant legal requirements and standards and derivation and implementation of necessary measures Development of CNB standards, tools and processes in close coordination with the international DHL Sustainability and Real Estate teams Selection, control and negotiation with external partners (e.g. engineering offices, service providers, suppliers) including framework contract management Organisation of the international exchange of experiences and support for the strategic development of the real estate sustainability sector Profile: Completed engineering studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering or utility) as well as several years of professional experience in the field of HKLS and Carbon Neutral Buildings Founded, current knowledge of relevant legal regulations, standards and regulations Very good technical understanding of modern HKLS systems and components as well as current market trends Experience in the management of HKLS projects in the industrial and commercial environment, including risk analysis and control concepts; ideally additional qualification as an energy consultant Impressed negotiating strength, self-responsibility and communication skills as well as secure English and MS Office skills Structured, independent mode of operation, high solution orientation and team capacity as well as flexibility and mobility (Guideline Class B) The application process takes less than 8 minutes.
