Your tasks:

• CNC machines and equipment, set up and manufacture parts according to drawing.
• Creating CNC programs for manufacturing parts, as well as adapting and optimizing existing programs. Conduct quality tests and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Deviations and disorders can be detected and eliminated.
• Recognize optimizations, plan and perform according to specifications.
• perform maintenance and maintenance work according to plans, monitor repair and maintenance intervals, perform smaller repairs and maintenance work according to specifications.
• analyse and eliminate vulnerabilities or contribute to the development of proposals to eliminate them.
• arrange corrections, additions and/or changes of drawings or production documents.
• Develop and discuss new technologies together with the individual departments.
• Testing new tools for parts production.

Your requirements (qualification / requirements):

• Knowledge and skills are required for the execution of the work tasks, which are acquired by at least 3 years of specialist training (e.g.: as a tool mechanic m/w/d).
