Analysis and optimization of existing processes in the company Planning and implementation of digitalization projects Introduction and development of digital tools and solutions Identification and use of AI applications (e.g. for automation or data evaluation) Control and coordination of external IT service providers Interface between management, departments and IT topical support for IT topics in everyday life in close cooperation with external service providers Supporting projects such as website relaunch or system launches

First experience in IT, digitalization, projects or process optimization Basic understanding for IT systems and digital relationships Interest in new technologies, ideally also on topics such as AI or automation Structured and solution-oriented operation Joy in questioning and improving things Communication strength and ability to mediate between departments and external service providers Own initiative and hands-on mentality
