Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored and independent processing of particularly complex individual projects in BHKW plant construction from order intake to including commissioning, acceptance of the plants by the customer and processing of the residual defects execution of projects in the time, budget and quality framework as well as securing cash flows Participation in final contract negotiations in cooperation with sales Establish and request all resources and resources necessary for the project Claim management and risk assessment Cost/budget control, schedule Secure negotiation with subcontractors, customers and suppliers Examination and preparation of plant plans, technical concepts and documents Examination of contractual requirements with regard to technical feasibility Check and define technical solutions for suitability and application in the project Reporting to customers and management Coordination of all technical units in the Jenbach company (TCE, TKA, Service, etc.) Quality assurance and quality testing Persecution Shopping/ Material Delivery Control and management of subcontractors and suppliers Contact person for the customer up to “Danger-free acceptance” Creation of final and supplementary accounts Customer support and project planning during front-end engineering and design (FEED) Participation in development or Development of technical solutions and new concepts and products in plant engineering Contact person for exceptional and particularly difficult questions Learning and professional supervision of new employees (project engineers) Application of IT tools such as SuperOffice, MS Project, ERP Software Oracle etc.

Successfully completed studies Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience as project manager, of which 3 years in energy plant construction Experience in working on complex technical and commercial tasks Model function in the team related to Customer orientation, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking/action Great sovereignty, independent problem-solving competence and “Standing” in the particularly complex project environment, enforcement strength Essential know-how support in the team regarding specialist knowledge (product, customer and market knowledge) and project management skills in complex issues Outstanding negotiation skills Travel readiness (20-30%) Good English knowledge of word and writing
