Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Horb am Neckar Status quo analysis: Systematic analysis of the current workplace organization, cleanliness and process processes in the measuring room Concept development: elaboration of a customized 5S concept (sorting, systematizing, cleansing, standardizing, self-discipline) specifically for measuring instruments, devices and jobs. Practical implementation: independent implementation of “Red Tag” actions to sort out items that are not needed, as well as the setting of fixed spaces for test and measurement equipment. Standardization: Creating visual standards, shadowboards and standardized work instructions for the measuring room team. Backup & Auditing: Development of a 5S audit list and self-discipline routines to ensure compliance with standards in the long term.
