We design and manage the human resources strategy, starting with the acquisition of talent, through the entire employee life cycle to the development of a future-oriented corporate culture.

Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Active support of our diversity, inclusion and people care team in the planning and implementation of measures and programs Support for the implementation of measures for the reconciliation of work and private life Maintenance of the intranet appearance, newsletter, creation of communication and information materials Search tasks Creation of guides and accompanying materials on individual diversity dimensions and work-life patterns Support in committee work (including preparation presentations, drafting protocols) Preparation and support for events (e.g. #BrainSnacks) Takeover and responsibility for own projects Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Studies in the field of humanities, social sciences, or economics, economic education, (economic)psychology or a related subject Structured and reliable operation Safer in handling the MS Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Very good German knowledge (C1 level required) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
