In our marketing team, you can digitally view our fire protection services at the Hamburg (Glinde) site – and thus ultimately help protect people, animals and the environment.

As part of our publishing process, you will continuously analyse and optimize our digital marketing channels and communication measures and ensure target-group and plate-specific addressing (among others Web, Social Media, Targeting). SEO measures (from keyword research to technical onpage operation) and paid-ads campaigns (e.g. SEA, Paid Social) plan and control yourself to increase our visibility and performance. As a Poweruser, you will take the technical support of websites/webshop, e.g. in the CMS TYPO3 and with HTML/CSS. Improve usability / UX and convert landing pages and templates. You control external service providers and work closely with internal teams (e.g. requirement management in the further development of our web applications). In addition, you develop tracking and reporting concepts, analyze KPIs (e.g. Web UX, Traffic, Technical Keys, Social Media Insights) and manage data-based recommendations. You work in our CRM and create targeted newsletters / mailings together with our content team.

Studies or training, ideally in marketing, communication, digital media or business or comparable experience Multiannual practice in digital marketing or online communication Combination of numerical understanding, technical know-how and a sophisticated look for usability – focusing on channels, performance and website development Very good technical understanding for digital applications and flat forms (e.g. CMS, Tracking, UX) as well as basic knowledge in HTML / CSS Safe handling of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Matomo, CMS, Shopsystems, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite Hands-on mentality and communication strength are the A and O in this job.
