Construction (BPU-Bau) according to the guidelines for the implementation of construction tasks of the Federal Government (RBBau) Participation in strategic demand planning and development of usage concepts Use of a CAFM system with area-relevant data Coordination with internal and external project participants, in particular construction administrations, users and specialist planners Support in the preparation of economic analysis and decision-making templates Creating meaningful presentations

Completed (specialised) university studies (e.g. real estate, facility management, civil engineering) or comparable qualification Knowledge of RBConstruction Directives, Public Building and Budget Law and the relevant regulations Experience in the creation of demand documents Experience in handling CAFM systems (IMSWARE, speedikon C) desirable Safe handling of MS Office, Joy in the preparation of figures, data, facts Impressed communication skills, structured working methods and team orientation readiness to check T3 after SÜG
