Your tasks

• Management of rebuilds in stock: management of all construction participants, coordination of appointments and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Implementation of tenant requests: analysis and assessment of rent issues, planning and implementation of adaptation measures in the area
• Ensuring smooth operation: remedying deficiencies after acceptance, coordination of repair work
• Close cooperation with the team: exchange with experienced colleagues, incorporation into existing processes and processes

Your profile

• Complete study in the field of civil engineering, facility management, energy and building technology or a comparable subject
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of facility management, ideally focusing on restructures in stock
• Experience in project management, especially in the management of construction projects
• Safe handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of CAFM programs of advantage
• Embossed communication and team skills, as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
