TECHNOFORM offers its customers a wide range of customized solutions and standardized plastic applications. The unique and highly precise extrusion process allows the realization of highly complex geometries. Many of these solutions are used for sustainability: these include, for example, spacers for the thermally optimized glass edge region and a wide range of insulating profiles for aluminum windows, doors and facades. You play a central role in business management and advise management and management as a savings partner in strategic and operational issues. In doing so, you can create resilient foundations for business decisions through sound analyses. You are responsible for the further development of controlling and management reporting, control forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning and continuously develop relevant key figures and control instruments. You shall ensure a reliable financial and accounting, including the HGB financial statements, and control cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and other external partners. In addition, you actively control and design key issues such as taxes and billing prices, financing, risk management, compliance and governance and develop existing structures and standards. You drive forward the optimization, automation and digitization of commercial processes as well as the further development of the data, process and tool landscape. You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects in finance and business development and actively collaborate with relevant departments and in the Group-wide finance network.

You have completed economic studies with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling or tax, or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the financial sector of a medium-sized or international company. Alternatively or in addition, you have relevant experience in auditing, tax advice or corporate finance. You have sound knowledge of financial statements, controlling, financing and taxes. Experience with billing prices and international corporate structures is advantageous. You combine high analytical competence and business understanding with entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic solution orientation and work independently in new topics.
