Head of the Psychological Service

We are looking for the next possible appointment Head of the Psychological Service in full time or part-time (at least 70 %) The Klinikum St. Elisabeth in Straubing is an academic apprenticeship at the Technical University of Munich. With 475 plan beds we are the largest Catholic hospital in Lower Bavaria. Eleven main specialist departments, several specialized areas, around 20 medical centres, the outpatient MVZ as well as our NAW and RTH site with the highest emergency care level make us an interesting and many-sided employer – the largest of our city. Around 1,700 employees are involved in approximately 25,000 stationary and 53,000 outpatient patients a year. We are one of six hospitals in the association of the Barml-herzig brothers of Bavaria.

Head of the Psychological Team Design of the psychological and psychooncological offer of the clinic Psychological support, support and counselling for men in adapting to changing situations of life, in particular in cancer Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and inter-professional cooperation

Graduate (Diplom / Master) as a psychologist with a focus on “Clinical Psychology” Approbation as a Psychological / Psychotherapist Training in psychooncology (degraded according to DKG criteria) and professional experience in working with oncological patients Vocational experience / continuing training in the field of geriatrics, geronto- or neuropsychology or trauma therapy desirable, but no condition Joy of communicative, independent and committed work Identification with the objectives of a Christian hospital
