We are looking for a CNC programmer (m/w/d) CAD/CAM in the vicinity of drive technology at the next possible time in Nuremberg. The position must be occupied within a 35-hour week.

The following challenges await you as a CNC Programmer (m/w/d) CAD/CAM:

• Definition of optimal machining processes, clamping means and tools for machining of engine components
• Creation of CNC programs with Siemens NX CAD/CAM for turning, milling and turning milling machines incl. 5-axis processing
• Implementation of collision considerations and protection of the processing processes
• Determination of geometry data and definition of technology data in cooperation with tool suppliers
• preparation of technical work documents (e.g. chucking sketches, tool lists, equipment specifications)
• Testing, optimization and commissioning of CNC programs together with production
• Configuration, care and maintenance of NC programming systems as well as system and application software
• Ensuring operational readiness within NC programming
• Optimization of post processors for CNC machines in cooperation with software manufacturers
• Implementation of user training and technical instruction

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed professional training as well as a further training to the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) with a focus on mechanics or Machining
• They bring several years of professional experience in cutting
• You have profound knowledge of the technologies turning, milling, drilling and grinding
• They are familiar with the construction and operation of CNC machines and CNC controls (e.g. Sinumerik 840D, Heidenhain)
• You have experience in the analysis and structuring of CNC programs
• You have well-founded knowledge in handling CAD/CAM systems, in particular Siemens NX CAD/CAM
• You are safe to use technology and tool databases
• Ideally you bring experience in the programming and optimization of post processors as well as simulations in Siemens NX CAD/CAM
• They are characterized by their own initiative, creativity and a structured and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
