This is expected

The body shall be occupied subject to the approval of the project.

• They accompany and support your kindergarten in implementing the quality compensation.
• They expand the setup concept according to the project contents.
• They carry out training, workshops and similar formats and moderate them for the pedagogical team (on themes: all-day-integrated language education, including pedagogy and quality development processes).
• They develop and rework materials and practical aids.
• They document, evaluate and ensure the quality of the project measures.
• They network with relevant actors:in the country and regional level.
• They contribute to reports, presentations and specialist events.
• They intensify cooperation with the parents of the kindergarten (e.g.: building parent café, info events, advice, networks create)

The systematic anchoring of language education as a continuous educational principle and the promotion of inclusive quality development in kindergartens. The basis of the Thuringian education plan is up to 18 years and current scientific findings on early childhood education, inclusion and quality development.

Your location In our Kita “Weltdiscoverer” children also experience security and community away from home. The Kita opened in October 2023 offers space for up to 30 crib children aged 1 to 3 years and 110 kindergarten children aged 3 years to school. The ground floor is equipped with 9 spacious group rooms, different functional rooms, a Mensa and a children's restaurant. All discoveries are connected to the garden by floor depth windows. The natural outdoor area offers children many opportunities for free play, climbing and tobs. An open pedagogical concept is used throughout the kita sector.
