Organisation, monitoring and optimization of the entire production process with direct reporting refund to the management Ensuring the smooth and timely supply of all customers Technical and disciplinary management and personnel deployment planning of the staff members in the early and late shift as well as management of the fleet Continuous analysis of production characteristics and introduction and maintenance of corrective measures Quality monitoring and introduction of measures in quality deviations Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

completed technical training or comparable qualification with at least first professional experience in the production environment; as an alternative to economic / technical studies or cross-learning with interesting courses leadership experience, e.g. as team leader/shift manager/production manager/operator manager, of advantage Willingness to take responsibility and a high degree of self-initiative Enforcement and customer orientation as well as organization and planning talent Ability to work independently, independent and solution-oriented Safe handling of MS Office applications
