• Creation, testing and transmission of customs declarations for import, export and transit shipments

• Ensure correct, complete and timely customs clearance in accordance with applicable customs and external economic rules

• Check of customs documents and information for completeness and plausibility

• Contact persons for customers, customs authorities and internal specialist areas in customs matters

• Communication with customers to clarify missing or incomplete documents

• Support in solving customs problems and delays in the process of processing

• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through professional and reliable processing of all customs operations

• Participation in the optimization of processes and compliance requirements

• Complete commercial vocational training or commercial university studies with logistics background

• Very good knowledge of customs and external economic law

• Embossed customer and service orientation

• High problem solving and organizational ability

• Self-employed, structured and responsible work

• Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external customers and authorities

• Secure handling of MS Office applications and customs-relevant IT systems
