Head of Accounting (m/w/d)

Your duties You take over the technical and disciplinary management of financial accounting and ensure proper, efficient and future-oriented accounting. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the accounting team (6 employees)

Ensuring proper accounting according to HGB

Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts incl. Annex and accompanying the report

clarification of complex accounting and assessment issues (e.g. provisions, delimitations, stocks, receivables)

Control and monitoring of taxable facts and basic questions of income taxes

Independent coordination and expert contact for auditors, tax advisors and financial authorities

Control, documentation and continuous optimization of accounting processes

Participation in digitalization and automation projects (including ERP proAlpha)

Support for commercial management in financial planning, annual planning and special topics

Your profile Complete business studies or comparable qualifications (e.g. balance sheet accounting, tax advisor)

Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with leadership responsibility

Very safe knowledge of the completion according to HGB

Knowledge of turnover tax law and sound understanding of income taxes

Very good ERP knowledge (proalpha of advantage) and safe handling of MS Office

Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation

Strength and Judgment in Balance Sheets
