Creation, monitoring and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts Implementation of cost, time and resource controlling in complex projects Analysis of deviations and development of action recommendations for project management Support of project management in commercial and strategic issues Implementation of target-actual comparisons, cost-effectiveness and risk analyses Coordination of the creation of monthly project status reports and management reports Creating meaningful project reports for internal and external stakeholders Development and optimization of controlling instruments and reporting structures Working with the introduction and further development of ERP and project management systems Interface function between technology, project management and commercial areas

Your profile as an ideal complement

Completed technician or specialist training with a commercial focus (e.g. business management, economic engineering, industrial specialist, controlling etc.) Experience in project controlling, financial controlling or project management Knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting Safe handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP), project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employed, reliable and conscientious operation Embossed Analytical Thinking Power Structured working and good time and self-management High communication capability and safe occurrence – even in critical topics Team orientation, openness and high solution competence
