Own-responsible implementation of the monthly pay bill including all upstream and downstream processes Processing of all reporting and certification to sickness funds, authorities and other external bodies Maintenance and updating of accounting-relevant personal master data in our HR systems (SAP HCM, GuideCom HR-Suite, Atoss) Competent contact person for employees on issues of pay billing, time economy, pension provision as well as on business agreements and collective agreements Creation of work contracts, certificates and support for the life-time accounts Participation in financial statements, audits and other HR-relevant special topics

Closed commercial training with further training in the area of wage and salary accounting (e.g. IHK-Lohnbuchhalter:in, HR-laughter) or comparable Experiences in pay billing or preparatory wage accounting Safe handling of MS Office Experience with SAP HCM or comparable HR systems of advantage Joy of teamwork and communication Structured, careful and reliable operation
