We develop and manufacture wafers with a diameter of up to 300 mm. We are currently strengthening our team in Burghausen with an application developer (m/w/d) for Human Resources systems in full time. REQUIREMENTS Technical support and further development of the HR system landscape - administration, support and optimization of existing HR systems (e.g. Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP Fiori, Escriba ECAP, SAP HCM) as well as cooperation in new implementations and technical integrations Automation and Digitization in HR - Development and Implementation of Workflows and Digital HR Processes to Improve Efficiency Design and Implementation of HR Digitalization and Cloud Projects - Planning, Implementation and Continuous Support of Digitization Initiatives and Cloud Solutions in the HR Area Coordination and interface management - control of external partners, central contact point within HR in case of request changes and link between specialist and technical implementation partners Quality Assurance and Technical Support - Implementation of Error Analysis and Ensuring System Stability and Quality through close cooperation with IT specialist areas in implementation and ongoing operation PROFIL (m/w/d) or comparable qualification with professional experience Experience with HR processes and systems, in particular master data, payroll, time management, talent management, learning management and knowledge in SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Cornerstone OnDemand Practice in project work and process management, for example, through project experience or training as a process manager (m/w/d) Communication and consulting competence in exchange within the HR department and with stakeholders Teamability and responsibility in daily cooperation and interdisciplinary projects Apply online Imprint | Privacy Policy Powered by softgarden
