Head of Pedagogical Department Child Day Care

PiB – nursing children in Bremen charitable GmbH is looking for day care (see § 23 SGB VIII) Educational department management with 39.2 hours per week, part-time, remuneration according to TV-L 11, 01.10.2025 PiB is Bremen's address for day care and for nursing parents and parents, for sponsorships and transitional care. As a free carrier of child and youth aid, we work on behalf of the city of Bremen. The PiB Nursery Department is responsible for the professional support of day care centres, the information of parents, the placement of children in day care and the implementation of framework regulations that allow this. These include the acquisition and preparation of the aptitude determination of day caregivers and the placement, counselling and accompaniment of day care. PiB also bears responsibility for the correct, timely remuneration of nurses. The written position is part of a pedagogical management team of the Department of Nursing.

completed studies of social education or pedagogy, with management and project experience and knowledge in quality management Knowledge of youth assistance and childcare Ability to co-operative and resource-oriented personnel management solution- and targeted working and handling professional experience in dealing with people and the ability to see diversity as a resource Initiative, networking skills and decision-making strength good time and self-management, good computer skills.
