Care of employees and managers in all personnel and labour law issues Comprehensive HR Administration of Employee Lifecycles Collection of salary components for internal wage accounting Selection, organisation and evaluation of training courses in different formats Support for recurring training and ongoing language courses Implementation of HR projects and training projects Support in the implementation of our recruiting process

Successfully completed studies with a focus on staff or commercial training with a relevant additional qualification in personnel Mind. 5 years of professional experience in a generalistic HR environment and experience in personnel development Good knowledge of labour law and social security and wage tax law Organisational skills, detailed orientation, customer service orientation, self-employment and team spirit
