Project Manager Energy & Heat Supply – Housing Industry (m/f/d)

Consulting & Project Management Consultation and support in the development of sustainable energy supply solutions in existing and new building projects for the implementation of the WBM climate path Monitoring and control of projects for decarbonization of the real estate stock by means of energy transfer at object and quarter level Contact function for internal and external actors on energy concepts and energy carrier changes Concept evaluation and implementation Technical and economic assessment of energy supply concepts in the context of new construction projects Identification of efficient energetic measures for residential and commercial real estate taking into account complex building structures Ensuring the availability and up-to-date of energy identifications and carrying out successful controls for climate protection measures Contract Management & Energy Delivery Participation in the creation, tendering and negotiation of energy supply contracts for heat and energy supply solutions Further development of existing energy supply models within the company-wide supply strategy

Expertise Complete engineering studies in the field of technical building equipment, supply technology, renewable energies or a comparable qualification Experience in energy management or energy consulting, ideally combined with housing knowledge Know-how in the field of renewable energy combined with heat supply and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Personal competencies Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Analytical thinking and good understanding of technical and commercial relationships High level of sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work in a targeted and collegial team Organisational designer and ability to efficiently plan work processes, prioritize tasks and comply with deadlines Willingness to change and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and openness to new ideas and approaches
