Your new facility in Wipperfürth offers you the chance to lead and develop a multi-professional team in a positive and value-adding working atmosphere. With about 60 children from the age of nine months to school entrance and as a certified kita of movement with the plus point nutrition as well as our home of small researchers, we are well positioned.

Your tasks at a glance: You take over the educational and organizational management of the institution, taking into account the profile of the institution and the existing resources. You guide, motivate and promote your team, create schedules and secure an optimal personal occupation. You organize a smooth daily routine and control the installation. You create innovative parental work and public relations as well as joint events for parents, children and educators. You work closely with the department management, specialist consulting, other facility management and regional networks and ensure high educational quality standards. You are responsible for the educational and organizational management in an innovative, partially open concept.

You have completed training as a pedagogical specialist or comparable qualifications. You have well-founded leadership experience in the management of a day care facility or a comparable position. You bring passion for contemporary, child-centered pedagogy and can actively develop them. You are team-oriented, communicative and promote an appreciative working atmosphere. You possess organizational talent and also keep a clear overview in challenging situations.
