The SAILING IN funding centre supports long-term unemployed women and men in reintegration into working life. The six-month measure is aimed at refreshing and updating professional knowledge, raising the willingness to continue vocational training and helping to maintain and maintain professional viability. to extend and to impart or update professional knowledge. The main focus of the funding centre is the inventory of personal and professional competencies, support and advice in the labour market and career choice orientation, as well as project-oriented work and learning in various professional fields. The funding centre SAILING IN is funded by the Jobcenter Bremerhaven, the Senator for Economic Affairs, Labour and Europe, from the funds of the European Social Fund Plus and with the support of the Magistrate of the City of Bremerhaven. Your tasks:

• Social pedagogical support for participants
• Development planning, individual consulting and group offers
• Activation, career orientation / career planning
• Consulting and project documentation

Our requirements:

• Completed studies (Diplom, B.A., M.A.) or state-recognized educators:in/healthcareer:in with additional pedagogical qualification or work educator:in one-year professional experience with the target group or another comparable qualification
• Good communication skills, social competence and team skills
• Career experience in employment promotion and counselling

Working time: 39.2 Wstd.
